Services
Metro Atlanta Roofing & Remodeling agrees to provide roofing, remodeling, and related home improvement services as described in the signed contract or work order for each project. All services are performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable building codes.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided in written estimates and contracts. Payment terms are outlined in the agreement and may include deposit requirements, progress payments, and final payment upon completion. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjusted pricing and will be communicated in writing.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties as specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the respective manufacturers and may vary by product. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for the period stated in your agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Metro Atlanta Roofing & Remodeling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Project Delays
While we strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material availability, unforeseen structural issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Cobb County, Georgia before pursuing legal action. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
